    Purchased and F550 kit.
    Purchased DJI Ground Station.
Going to purchase DJI NAZA-M V2 Multi Rotor Flight Control System with GPS.
    Have feyiuTech Gimbal/GoPro3

I have a DEVO F12E Transmitter out of a downed Tali H500... (Shame to waste it) so thinking of purchasing a new DEVO RD1202 Receiver.

    QUESTION....

Will the Transmitter/receiver mentioned above work with the DJI NAZA-M V2 kit ?

Will it be recognised by the NAZA Assistant software ?

    Regards Rob

Ps. I'm not so worried if I can't get the FPV to work as I'm running a GoPro, and in all honesty it was **** anyways, too small, heaps glare etc etc... BUT the fact telemetry can be put up on screen and video turned off (blue screen) would be useful, so again anyone's everyone's help would be greatly appreciated

While the basic control/flight mode inputs should work with the NAZA, there's no way to get the telemetry from the NAZA on to your Walkera controller I'm afraid.

If you're thinking about spending the money on a DJ16 controller/receiver, you can get a Taranis and Rx for close to the same price.

You might want to consider getting a used DJ6 (not DJ16) controller and receiver from a Phantom 1.1.1, those would work too.

    I have a DJ6 from P 1.1.1

What about the receiver ? Just use the one out of my Phantom ?

Or can you purchase the DJI Receiver DR16 (which I'm assuming in the retail receiver) on its own?

If you have the matching controller and Rx from the 1.1.1 you can use those just fine. I think I mentioned it in one of these threads, but remember you'll need a PMU as well for the NAZA on your 550 (which comes with the retail version).

I don't think I've ever seen the DJ16 receiver sold by itself, at least not by any dealers...might find it on ebay somewhere though.

Thanks Ol. I think I will purchase complete new transmitter and receiver (DJI) then I know it works. And I actually like the DJI one, it's simple...

Then I can sell my Phantom as a complete set.

And then try sell the DEVO Transmitter and left overs from my Tali H500...

It won't recover the coin I've lost in the Tali but it will go towards paying for Flame wheel :).

If your not prepared to fly over water, then your not prepared to loose the aircraft....

LOL I always said it the other way around, but same point

I think you'll do fine with your plan, though I have no clue what you could get for the Walkera parts. I'm sure there's some H500 owners who need them by now!

Let you know how I go... Basically should be a no brainer building it. I won't sell my Phantom just yet, then I don't rush building the Flame. Any problems i'l come running :)
