Experiences with Belgian law? (Below 1KG is allowed)

Hi
I just read that in Belgium all Quadcopters below 1KG are considered toys and are therefore not under strict regulation. But the Phantom Vision 2 which I want to buy is just over 1KG. Anyone from Belgium here that has experiences on how strict this 1KG limit is enforced?
