Won't power up, won't reset or acknowledge, battery not detected by any of the apps.
Tried to fully discharge it to maybe reset it but who knows. It's one of a pair I bought on line.
Worked fine out of box,charged and flew normally once - now this….
Dead, magic button sequence to reset?

Maybe try reinstalling the battery firmware in the Phantom Assistant.

press and hold the power button for 5+ seconds what happens? any cells flashing?

can you turn off the battery and back on normally. ?

is this an authentic DJI battery ?

how much did you pay?
 
I actually taped the button down yesterday for about 30 minutes, still no sign of life.
It will not power up the drone so firmware update is a bit difficult.

It looks just like all of my other batteries so I'm assuming it's a legitimate battery and the other one of the pair is working fine with 10 flights logged.

Never seen that before. However, I would send it away for replacement. Far away.

CannibalRobotics, those are legit OEM batteries. Did you just buy it? If so, you could return it and get a new one.
