    I do wonder at times.

    I filed a ticket on the 9th may, ticket number 65477.

    I have had nothing back, other than "how did we do ?" email on thursday this week.

    Bloody awful.

    Does the EU support desk still exist ?

    **** support ... I've a P2V+ DOA arrived and gone back to EU Support for warranty replacement !! I've no info, no mail since April 23rd !!! They say 4-6 weeks ...
    I'm going to get mostly upset now ...:mad:

    Oh oh .. I get finally some news today!!! ... The DJI guys offer me a replacement with P3 Advanced .. refunding whole P2V+ order, but with full pay for P3A, shortly "place a new order" ... May be will do in this way, but knowing how DJI manage all the orders and refund, I'm scary enough...
