ESC issues on new Phantoms completely resolved?

I'm about to buy a new DJI Phantom 2 with Zenmuse H3-3D gimbal. Do you all think all the ESC issues on the new Phantoms have been all resolved to the point where it's safe to buy a new one? I've been waiting to pull the trigger, but wanted to avoid the stress of all the issues surrounding the latest model Phantom.

Apologies in advance if this has been answered, but I tried searching and couldn't find a clear answer.

I would venture as far as to say no, for that to happen DJI have to admit there is an issue, which they wont and then address the issue which they wont.
