ESC error

Did Drone World sell you the prop guards WITH the drone or did you get those elsewhere? If they did, and assuming you used the correct screws in the package, I am sure you have a case for exchange with them. If the guards were bought elsewhere, you are likely to have issued.
There are many horror stories on the forum about incorrect screws being used, these then stop the motors turning and fry the ESC. Loosening the screws may enable the motors to turn freely again but the damage is done to the ESC's, either new board or new drone!
It is a great pity these prop guards don't use the 3 other screws at the end of the arm instead, or clip around the arm as opposed to messing around with the motor screws.... perhaps someone will wake up soon and make this change ........
I currently have a fried ESC due to NOT have prop guards (minor crash), so they are pretty important, but only if they are safe to install!!
