Hello! I recently had to change one of the engines for the care , because although not crash the plane , I ended up giving a strong blow to the engine. My surprise was to receive the buzz with this engine , said to be unique with the new Holy model 4. Is it true ?

Where did you get that motor?

The motor looks like it was turned in a lathe, the top part untouched for chuck holding, (chucking)

Holy moly that's a shiny motor. I wouldn't fly with it, get your drone fixed with genuine DJI parts. It's not worth trusting your expensive bird to a $13 part. Good luck.

is there a time limit on when to change any of the engines or just when you see any issues with them?

The shiny coating prevents the gas from leaking from the engine ;)

Didn't know these things had engines in them. Mine has a motor. But that one is shiny. : )
It's just as much an engine as it is a motor, ie a machine that converts energy into motion. I doubt any reader would be confused as to which component of the AC the OP was referring to.
