It's not clear that these are exactly the same as Eneloop XX and just rebranded or something, but according to my battery charger they exceed the 2400mAh capacity printed on the label (full charge, discharge, recharge test). I just bought some so I haven't exactly had time to see how they hold up unused in storage for months, after many charge/discharge cycles, etc.
They are around $10 for 4 AAs compared to around $40 for 4 Eneloop XX AAs.
