Editor in DJI GO

In the editor on DJI go there is an option to access sd card vid and pics but when I click this I get failed to connect after the timer has spun for a little while. Any ideas why it's doing this ?

Are you connected to the bird when it is on?

Through dji go yes. Quad is on as is rc etc

Can you play back the video or pictures using the playback button on the remote?

Not tried that. Wanted to download a vid from sd card to edit in imovie which have done in the past not anymore
