Help me please, I have just been out filming some farm machinery working, the sun was very bright and unfortunately ive filmed it a bit too dark, can i lighten this up some how, I have sony vegas movie studio and photoshop.

Its the first time this has happened to me, the sun was that bright it was hard to see my screen when filming even though I have a shade on it, anyway ive messed up and it is for a client, any advise please.

You can adjust it with Sony levels plugin in movie studio. You can also play around with Sony curves to fine tune it. Advanced tip- if the sun/sky is perfect, but the ground is too dark, then you can add a gradient. It takes a little skill, so it can't be explained in words. If needed, PM me

Thankyou for your quick response, at least I feel a bit better that it can be fixed, its the sky that looks a bit dark to be honest, and the straw a bit too much colour that it looks blurred if that makes sense
