I have it. It's basically a powerstrip. I paid $89 and I think it's overpriced. The only thing it does is deliver power from your provided power source to the P2 battery. The P2 internals do all the "smart" stuff (re:balancing and peaking). I wouldn't use this strip on anything other than P2 a battery because it does not have a balance adaptor.

Honest opinion, I would not have bought this if I had known what it was. The strip can be made for less than $5.00. Furthermore, I charge on a Hyperion Duo charger - it's about as bomb-proof as you get for a lipo charger and it false peaks using this strip. I've gone back to using the slowwww DJI charger. It takes a lot longer, but I'm getting better, fuller, more accurate charges out of my batteries. I started bringing my batteries to work and charging them under my desk, then fly after work.

Someone will come out a fast charger, it's just a matter of time...

Are you charging using a Lipo setting or Pb battery, which basically makes your charger into a 12V power supply. The P2V, P2, and P2V+ packs all have internal circuitry that monitors the charge. The "charger" they supply is a simple power supply rated at 12.6V and 4 amps.

I've done both. The provided instructions indicate using the pb battery setting since the lipo setting can false peak. It false-peaked under both settings.

Don't mean to derail the thread, but I wanted to respond back to Silent AV8R regarding the P2 multi board. On a whim, I charged my batteries today at a 7 amp 3s lipo setting and I got full charges out of both batteries with no false peaking. I'm going to continue to use the strip, but closely monitor the batteries' performance.
...I wanted to give it a fair assessment if it's working as advertised.

The seller and the charger receivwd good ratings, so I hope it all works out right. Just waiting to get the parrallel board and the charged itself, now from what I read online; the batteries has to be similaror close to each each other for voltage/ current readings before actually charging them? I have a volt reader that tells me how much is left etc.

It's powered by an old Bulldog 30 amp power supply. This charger does it all. Charges (obviously), discharges, and store mode. It even allows me to charge my 7s batteries. I have several 4s, 5s, and 6s lipos wired in parallel (20,000 mah) that I charge at 15 amps.

It looks like they fixed the Imax B6 and since you got it from Amazon, it should be authentic. I think there are sill counterfeits of that charger being sold.

You can use this to check the voltage of each pack prior to charging.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-8S-Li-po-Cell ... 2a36dfe51f

that was from a quick search, but I found other vendors that sell the same checker for a few bucks less.

This is the model I prefer for all testing on the ground...it'll show all individual cell voltages at once (along with total voltage). Can discharge and balance cell levels as well: http://www.ebay.com/itm/3-in-1-RC-2s-6s ... 485d73866b

I select 2.0A current to charge up to 6 batteries simultaneously and it takes 6 hours to finish & stop itself.
The max current available is 5.0A.

whats the difference between yours and the blue colored imax b6ac?

It is a b6ac+with internal power converter & flat button :) :) :)

thats one expensive mofo lol... My whole point of doing this was to avoid baby sitting every single one of my batteries and wait around for it to charge & replacing one after the other, so the simplest most basic but effective way is just fine for me.
