Dumb Question???? Where do I check for FCC/CE Mode?

It's in the RC assistant not the PC assistant fellas. Sorry I don't have a screenshot. I am on my phone. Did y'all find it? And two beeps is the ticket to FCC as far as I know.

I was on CE when I got my phantom, i'm in europe. I've changed to FCC on the remote, and it beeps 2 times like it should.. BUT.. when I connect to the PhantomRC app on the computer, it says CE. but its not. so TX trumps app.
