Dual Battery setup?

Other than using a series connector and rigging up the 2 3s lipos is there anything else required before plugging in? Will the controller handled 6 cells?

Needs to be a parallel connector as a series connector would double the voltage and damage the system.

helidirect has a small compact xt60 duel plug. EDN-1409 made by RJX. I have cutouts on both sides of door. and it plugs right in. batts on each side. nice setup. clean. or you can get the wire set. if these are out of stock. like they always are. make sure you order the right one. you don't want to plug 6 s into phantom.

no just plug in and go. I would try it in a open field at first. takes a few times getting use to how it flies.

Hmm. I'm getting 15min from a 2700mah I may just pass on this mod.

20 mins with the multistar 4000mah battery with the FC40 in stock form, I think this dual battery mod is redundant now with the better batteries coming on the market.
