DSLR pros- has anyone done business with them?

Hey all- I was wondering if anyone has done business with DSLR pros (bought drone,equipment/tech support, etc.) There Phan2 basic package is better than aerial media pros, but have heard they are hard to get a hold of after the sale. Anybody have any experience with them (positive/negative)?

I bought some 9 inch Carbon Props from them for my original Phantom. No problems at all. I know your purchase is a little larger. I would recommend them.
