Drone-world.com lost my business on the first interaction

FAIL! My first and last interaction with drone-world.com. Fortunately, my order is for an accessory item of low cost and not overly time critical. They charged my credit card on 3/3 and I hadn't received a shipping notice as of 3/8 so I sent an email inquiry. The response was that it was out-of-stock and would ship in 1-1.5 weeks. This is not the behavior I expect from a reputable online dealer regardless of the item purchased. The item did not indicate out-of-stock when I ordered and it should not have been charged on my credit card until the order was being processed for shipping or actually shipped.

It may seem like no big deal, but this kind of example is an indication to me of poor business practices and there are plenty of other online retailers to deal with. Drone-world.com, you lost a potential long term new customer on the first small-ball order.
