Drone laws in Greece and Italy?

I have a good friend traveling to Greece and Italy later this summer. Anyone know what the UAV laws are there?

Hi, i'm italian. There are many restrictions in my country using drones. Well, for private use you can use aircraft such as phantoms in areas without buildings, streets and people nearby and the flight is limited to an altitude of 70m and a distance of 200. Forget to fly in historical sites, in these cases you need a license for critical operations by ENAC.
