The discussion should be available by going to NPR .com then finding the show "On Point" with host Tom Ashbrook. The broadcast is live today, Jan 4th 2016 the repeat or show should be available the following day on the NPR.com website. It involved discussion with the FAA.

Most disturbing is that a caller asked (at around 21:30 minutes) if it was legal to shoot down a drone? The lawyer quoted the Kentucky case & said in most cases it was legal.
