Downloading videos from DJI GO app

I have a P3A and am using an iPad Air to connect with it.

When trying to download a 1080p/60fps video from the SD card on the quadcopter seems to take forever.

I waited over 10 minutes for a 4 minute video to download and it still didn't download.

Can someone help explain why?

How are you trying to download the data from your SD card? It would be best to insert it into a memory card reader (like this one) and then plug it into your computer.

I'm using the DJI go app while connected to the transmitter with the quadcopter on. I was wanting to use the DJI go video editor.
