Done the dreaded firmware update, bird now dead

The only reason I updated the firmware was because my newly installed HDMI board was not talking to my FATSHARK HD goggles. Now got major problems, bird wont respond, keep getting message esc status, contact dji. Video signal and all telemetry is good however when I try to fly the bird its dead, and comes up with message esc status on the iPhone. has anyone has same problem Still not sorted problem with goggles, but this issue is bigger.

I have updated to the latest firmware, update installed fine, so its a good installation, txt file was a success.

downgrade the fw and upgrade it again.
