The subject matter is great, but the video was poorly shot and edited. Very amateur. Way too much jerky movement IMO.
I still wish it was mine, but I would have edited it a lot differently. I'm not trying to be nasty, but I think a real cinematographer would deleted most of the video as being unusable.
There is a federal law about getting too close to whales, 100 meters I believe. Of course that is for humans. The law hasn't caught up with Drones yet.
