Does this gimbal work with Fat Shark Pan/Tilt Mount?

No, there's no way to control the pan of the gimbal externally. You could control the tilt of the H3-3D if you wanted, but of course you will need a different transmitter that can take the trainer input from the Fatshark head tracker.
