I have an F550 and here's the equipment:

e3000 system
Naza M V2
Mini iosd
Cam bus
Immersion 600mw Tx
Zenmuse Hd-2D and GoPro
Aeroxcraft landing gear
Spektrum AR8000
Zippy 8000mah 4s

So after doing some math it's looking like I'm getting about 9 min of flight time to a pack. No crazy flying just normal. I'm landing at around 14.6v (or a reading of about 3.6 per cell.) I might try a few different batteries in the coming months to see if I can increase my time any. I don't have a good scale but it seems the bird weighs in at about 6lbs. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

I would have thought you might get more time with an 8000 battery. I was getting 8.5 minutes with a 6600 4S at about the same weight. You should get a gram scale so you know for sure how much your copter weighs.

Try lowering your battery warning levels. On my birds w/E300s and running 4S - I set 1st warning at 14.4 and 2nd at 14 or 14.1. 4S batteries tend to bounce back faster than normal 3S style batts. I did alot of experimenting w/lower levels and 14.0 is about as low as you'ld want to go, especially at that weight. You'll know when battery can no longer hold the weight she'll get wobbly in flight.

It's a sweet spot you have to find with the Lipo as well. If it weigh a ton then more mAh doesn't necessary give you more flying time.

That is a big battery and you probably are about right on the times you are getting. I get 9-10 minutes on a 5000mah 3s with my 550. Some have tweaked them to get much more. A 4S 8000 (especially a Zippy which tends to be a tad heavier) is a pretty big weight.
