Does DJI BTU bluetooth module speed satellite lock times?

Under the firmware updates for the DJI BTU bluetooth module, it says:

"Optimize the warming up condition, to avoid a long wait period before aircraft can takeoff."

Does this mean that you won't have to sit there waiting for all the satellites to lock in? Can anyone confirm what this means?

The BTU would not have anything to do with the speed of gaining full compliment of satellites
