Does any one know what makes the phantom the style?

Hello!

I bought a phantom pro off ebay and the everytime I plug it in and it use App it says its a phantom advance. I am sure the seller switch a broken part in it. Does any one know if its the main board that tells the App what kind of phantom it is?

If you switch cameras on an advanced it becomes a Pro (with the right firmware) so I guess if you switch the camera on a Pro it will become an advanced.
The obvious visual difference is the Pro camera/gimbal has a small fan on top and the advanced doesn't.

Perhaps if you check the Firmware installed?
