Do you guys think this package is a fair price?

I just came across a package online for the phantom. It has a lot of upgrades and extra accessories, but I don't know the market price for each of these components, so I was just wondering if this would be considered a fair price or a complete rip off? I'm a newbie with installation so I definitely would want to buy a preinstalled package.
