dji warrenty

I recently brought a refurbished p3s off ebay and its been great however after a few flights the sd card stopped locking into the camera.
Who are we supposed to deal with to get this fixed under warrenty?
Ive emailed dronenerds a couple of times about other things but when i mention the issue they havent replied.

thanks turns out "DJI" warrenty is only valid from the place of purchase. So not really "DJI" more like Store warrenty

I'm pretty sure DroneNerds is an authorized DJI dealer, so the warranty should be through DJI. Who told you this?

yea i brought through dronenerds and they are an authorized repair center but i live in new zealand. So would have to send it back to the states instead of my local store.
