not sure where to post this..but i thought i would share that i got hold of dji regarding my out of the blue fly away and my phantom ending up in the water..and please note that i have had more than one fly away..new f.w…no metal nearby..no power lines..good gps lock and home lock. and despite all that dii simply says it is not repairable and to go buy another one? that is the worst customer service on the planet!! they did not even offer to take a look at it! forgive me if i rant,but i have been a tech and in the sales-customer service for over thirty years and have never had the nerve to tell a customer to go buy a new one. i think it is time for a class action lawsuit.
