    Has anyone had any contact with DJI support?

    I sent my drone to them 6 weeks ago and received a email saying they received it and typically you hear something the same day.

    I received that e-mail roughly five weeks ago, I added to the ticket two weeks ago tomorrow asking for an update and have not heard anything.

    Does anyone know if they are very slow to respond?

    I have not got an estimate yet, which worries me as when they give me an estimate it will take weeks more to fix it.

    What is everyone's experience with DJI support?

    I don't want to keep pushing them, but they are not responding to anything. I have tried calling on the phone and get nothing.

    they had mine for a 3 weeks before they checked it into there system they had it in the system for 3 weeks then i got am email saying it would be a minimum of 6 weeks for repair(after verbally they stated it would be 4) they have now had it checked in for a month to the day now and i have not heard one iota from the assigned repair tech my assumption is i wont for at least another 2-3 months at which point i will be looking for money from them.
