Saw this on an eBay listing for a crashed Phantom. DJI really needs to step up its customer service.

“It was in a crash, but it still flies. You can see the dent on the wifi module. The camera and gimbal have the ribbon cable in tacked, but does not work properly. I'm sure you can send it to DJI and have them repair or replace it, but I don't feel like dealing with their customer service. If you have the time and the patience, send both units in, or keep one for spare parts. 1 of the motors has a scratch on it, but it still works. The other motor i'm not sure about, I had sent it to get the body replaced, and it came back that way. I'm just so sick of trying with them, that I give up.”
