Got offer from a private person to buy a 4 months old DJI s900 with light brigde, A2, Zenmuse Z15-GH4 (HD)
  gimbal to luminix GH4 with a custom lens + remote futaba SG14. camera should follow in price to 5300 usd. Everything was little used. it is a good price?

Yes, it's a decent price.. Be sure to check out the wear on the rubbers around the motors.. Make sure there's no play and so on..
