I returned a Phantom4 Battery some time ago to DJI in California, but they have not acknowledged they received it, nor have I been refunded. Has anyone else here had less than desirable experiences returning items to DJI? Does anyone here have a good contact number or email for them in California? I have tried calling the numbers on their site only to be jerked back and forth and never got anywhere. It seems they only want to talk to pre sales customers, and blow you off after the sale.
