I had a problem and could not fix it. The camera would not bind no matter what I tried. I put in a support ticket with DJI in Hollywood, CA and received a RMA for return. Once they had it in house they acknowledged receiving it and a couple of days later it went to the techs. They notified me about three days later it was repaired and on the way back to me with a tracking number. There was a problem with the main camera board which they repaired, checked the updates, test flew the unit and returned it via UPS their nickel, no charges. I am very pleased with how things were handled. They kept me informed and were prompt with their email responses. I am very pleased with DJI. Great Service!
