DJI Remote Controller Monitor Hood (for Tablets) Nexus 7 No Fit

The Hood drops to low for the USB cable. It's a nice hood BTW it works great for sun blocking.
But the USB port on the N7 does not line up with the slots.

I'm going to have to trim, but it's nice an sown around the edges. They do state it fits most tablets.
Just a heads up.

ADDED: Fits the GPC Hard Case Slot like a glove.

Thanks for the heads up. I use a N7 and I have a hood ordered from DJI and they have been sitting on the order. So to cancel or trim it when it does arrive. Does anyone have an alternate hood people recommend for the Nexus 7?

You have to trim about 5/8th on the 2 side flaps, has plastic under material and a small amount of Velcro. DO NOT TRIM THE LOWER PART THAT SITS ON THE HOLDER! It will make your shield interfere with your control knobs. I caught that before hand.
I Don't think its to bad hard to tell it has been done.
