Awesome.

Unfortunately, it will not work with the Vision.

Why not?

Just a few to start:
1) The Vision camera does not have any AV out. (at least not that I've yet seen.)
2) Our controller has no interface output (to attach to the ground station).

Sorry, I don't mean to be a downer, just pointing out a few things.

That Price can't be right.
It will be well over a grand!!! This is for high end S800 and S1000 rigs. There's already another solution out there, and I believe it's around $1500 or more....
If you're not flying a DSLR, this isn't for you.

I'm not sure how they can title it "DJI Lightbridge" when it apparently has nothing to do with the DJI we all know. That alone makes me afraid to purchase anything from them. No thanks. I shift my eyes left and right and exit that website, slowly...

Are you saying this is not a DJI product?

Not at all. It's kind of early to say what it will do, but those are all good observations. I suppose once it's officially released in a few weeks we'll see for sure!

And here's some auto-translated specs from Chinese that I found on the internet:

DJI Lightbridge is DJI upcoming 2.4G full high-definition digital video transmission system, the maximum transmission 1920 * 1080p @ 30fps full HD video data, measured the effective transmission distance up to 1.7km , is a professional aerial photography and FPV enthusiasts essential artifact!

The Lightbridge app on the Google Play store is made by the same DJI that made the app for your Vision, so I'd say it's got everything to do with the DJI we all know...

Agreed. That's the same information I'm seeing. Speculation is the price. I'm hearing around $1200, but that's in no way confirmed.

"- Ground terminal controller supports two simultaneous input Lu Yao, were used as aircraft control and PTZ control, the sky receives transmitted to the master via DBUS;"

Oh good, I was looking for a solution that would do....whatever that is.

2.4 Ghz Signal ? for what drone ? Drone with transmiter in 5.8 ? as PV but not HDMi or Video signal ? I think is for office use....

I *think* that's the point...combining video and control info in a single (and amplified) 2.4GHz signal. The ground end is equipped to connect to a controller as well as video displays, and the aircraft end has a D-bus connection in addition to the video connections.

This looks like a product that adds advanced "Vision-like" features to DJI's big, expensive high-end drones that fly DSLR cameras. But in a very integrated way that doesn't require separate 2.4 and 5.8GHz systems - it adds HD video to those drones' existing 2.4Ghz control system. There's a detailed thread over at the other forum site:

http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2091053

The $200 price seems to be a typo or translation error. More like $1200-1500.

It seems it has built-in OSD as well, so it can replace:

Tx/Rx
vTx/vRx
OSD
Antennae
