Better training in the shipping department is needed. Three batteries were damaged during shipping. There was no note stating not to deny the package and have it returned to sender and now its in transit back to DJI damaged and I can't stop it, part of this is UPS fault for not noting it was damaged, Understand this is dangerous shipping lithium polymer batteries in a damaged state, A big concern also was that all 9 batteries were fully charged when they arrived this in my opinion is bad practice (just because you can does not mean you should) When I sent these batteries in under warranty for repair, I sent them in there original packaging which would guarantee safe delivery, When I received the goods (3 separate boxes containing three batteries each) they were rubber banded together sitting on top of the paper insulation and not between it, which is why I believe they got damaged.

One of zuzpS requirements is they are to be double boxed also.
