Dji phantom vision + Gimbal flex cable problem

    Dear
    I am writing this mail in reference to the problem I have with this product. Flex cable of gimbal tilt engine has split as you may see in the picture. I think there is also a problem with tilt engine (gimbal driver pitch v2) board. I would be grateful if you could inform me where and how to get these two items.

    My friend many people have the same problem with the ribbon cable but there is no spare part at the moment from dji.Lets hope all together that dji soon sell this item alone and not all the gimbal together.

    This is just a forum for DJI Phantom owners and enthusiasts. We can offer advice, but you need to contact either the shop that sold you the Phantom or DJI directly. As alesf1 said, replacement parts are nearly impossible to get at this time.

    I wonder how long until some enterprising Chinese company starts selling a more robust version of these brittle ribbon cables.

    DJI issued me an RMA for ribbon cable/gimbal repair on Tuesday. They supposedly have parts now.
