I love the DJI Backpack.

Kind of pricey, but I received it as a christmas gift. Really nice build quality.
It does NOT have foam inserts, but its plenty secure. I'm able to ski with it with 4 batteries (could fit more if needed). I even loaded up with an iPad, iPhone, MacBook and the Vision, 4 batteries, the TX, etc. (the laptop and the iPad fit in a slot thats not obvious from the pictures)

In cold weather I keep hand warmers in the pack to keep the batteries warm. Works well.

the "best" can mean all sorts of things.
toughest, smallest, lightest, cheapest.

I bought a padded zipped backpack with custom inserts for around $30 with shipping.

To me its the best as its small, light, cheap.

Bought last weekend a backpack from KATA.Completly identical with the one from DJI.No joke it was 100% the same.Only 120 Euro cheaper.I was also interested in the DJI backpack. It 's great.Plenty of room and safe.So I was very Lucky to find this one so much cheaper. At KATA website you can see they work together with the same Italian factory wich make the DJI backpack

Thank you! Yes I should have clarified further... I'm looking for something sturdy for transport/storage... Probably gonna go with a hard case, go professional, etc. thanks for the input.

I have a seahorse case. It cost $135.00 new ,but I manage to purchase a used international Orange for $75 on Amazon which was in really good condition. It was easy to pluck the foam for my needs: sunshade, Fpvlr stage 2 kit. I sprayed 3m adhesive to the foam when I finished plucking, this prevents the foam from coming apart. Took about a day to completely dry.

Here is a link to the case.FYI not my site but really helped me to get it done. Cheers!

I have the tradecraft case I purchased from this website. They advertise here. They are a great case & if you look in their scratch & dent section, you cant beat their prices at all.
