dji p3 range problems

hello
i recently bought a p3 standard but im having great trouble getting it past 60 meters in altitude and 100 meters in distance if that. if anybody can help or at least tell me if this range extender works

Same problem, bought a range extender and it really didn't help much at all.

Welcome to the forum!
I don't recommend buying parts, if the unit is not working correctly, it probably is not going to fix it.
Anyways, your not stating what is actually wrong, any error messages?
Lost or Weak Remote Signal?
Lost or Weak Video Image?
