DJI made a new charger !

    DJI use new charger, any idea what is the difference ?

    12.6v 4A; same output,maybe they just switched suppliers?

    No...Old one has 1.8A new is 1.5A. It means new one will be slow charge.

    does it mean the old one was damaging batteries?? i doubt it at 1/3rd capacity charge rate but why downgrade a charger??

    I think it is for slow charging

    It is still a 50W, 4A output.

    That's the Input current draw.

    Reducing that means they've made it a bit more efficient.

    If the output is the same but the input draws less amps, then I guess they made it more efficient ( less heat )
