    Hi all,

Thanks for this forum, it is rich of information and details.

Let me first introduce my self. I am John Barron and do free fall : I jump from a plane at around 4 kms.

I have a GoPro connected to my DJI Lightbridge that I am using in very long range (5 kms in the sky without any obstacles) with a speed of 200km/h.

I am currently having some issues as I lose the signal at around 2.5 ams (actually I have no signal until I am 2.5 kms from the ground).
I already have a TP-Link 2.4GHz 24dBi Grid Parabolic Antenna connected to my Light Bridge Ground system (one of my friend is aiming my self to be sure to get the signal)

I am trying to find solutions to have a perfect HD video from 5000m to the ground.

I was wondering to buy the following:
    AIR SYSTEM
    - 2x MMCX male 90° to SMA female cables
    1er de la liste: http://www.digikey.com/product-search/e ... en&stock=1
    http://www.molex.com/pdm_docs/sd/897616820_sd.pdf
    - 2x 2.5W signal booster

    - 2x antennas from the following (one RHCP, one LHCP)
    http://www.readymaderc.com/store/index. ... cts_id=458
    http://fpvlr.com/shop/index.php?route=p ... uct_id=107
    http://fpvlr.com/shop/index.php?route=p ... duct_id=68

    Am I right ?
Which optimisation(s) would you recommend me to buy/do?

    Thank you in advance.

    Regards,

    JB

Hey Sorry this is not to answer your question, but what do you use to power the lightbridge airunit to the go pro since no phantom? and what else do you need to use the air unit to the gopro to transmit to the ground unit, i am interested for a different use like yours. just basically whats the whole setup lol :)
