DJI has released the latest Lightbridge firmware, including following updates:

1. Increased compatibility with a wider range of HD display devices by automatically detecting the HDCP protocol.

2. Added an auto mode, whereby the system will automatically detect the channel conditions and adjust the image quality automatically. Output modes may still be manually selected.

Users MUST upgrade to the following versions through the Lightbridge Assistant v1.3 to get these new features:

Ground system main controller: 1.1.9
Ground system decoder: 1.4.7
Air system main controller: 1.0.6
Air system encoder: 1.1.9
Android App: 1.0.5

Notes:
1. Please be sure to upgrade both your Ground system and Air system. The Ground system decoder upgrade takes about 10 minutes, please DO NOT power off the Ground system or interrupt the USB connection during the upgrade. If your Lightbridge device behaves abnormally after the upgrade, please contact DJI Support at http://www.dji.com/support.
2. DJI Z15-BMPCC, Z15-GH4 (HD) and Z15-5D III (HD) Gimbal users must upgrade their gimbal’s HD-AV module and GCU module to the latest firmware through the Gimbal Assistant.

works great. Full HD Mode is nice. Now Works with a few monitors that didnt before. And seems smooth to me. Ill go flying soonand test but in the house works great. and slave setting with 2nd lightbridge ground unit seems to work better for me now to, very clear. nice to have on a 2nd tv for others to view flights and not stand around my monitor trying to see shot.

Still no support for gopro hero 4 At 4k

Just got this via Email from GoPro

Hello Mike,

Thanks so much for calling in today. I appreciate your patience while we work through this issue - this is an odd behavior that I haven't seen before.

I'm terribly sorry to say that I misinformed you earlier. I thought I had been recording when I had the camera connected via HDMI, but in I had not. I tried it again, and the signal cutout during recording and came back after. From what I can tell, this is the way the camera operates at this point. I'm honestly not sure if an update will be built to address this issue, but I am referring it to our developers for consideration. Hopefully we see a fix come our way soon.

I'll keep this case In Progress so I can check back on any updates that might be made available and let you know right away.

Let me know if you have any questions.
