all I seem to have are camera setting bothing video and photo, no options to change to anything except shutter speed?

everything is up to date firmware and app

never had this before

just iso and shutter settings in video, no other options

Are you tapping the Menu tab above camera? Everything appears "NORML" on my Go app, with todays new iOS 9.3.3 installed. Just checked for you, went through my parameter list.
All is, as should be, expected right. ;-)
You could try to reinstall the Go app.
