Please can someone tell me where I can find a half decent manual that properly explains the Go app. I believe that is potentially capable of doing lots of things but without a good instruction manual much of the functionality will go unused.

I don't know that there is one available-- most of the operation instructions will come from Phantom users and much of it comes from a forum setting. The will probably be an energetic Phantom pilot who will undertake and write how to instructions eventually. Hang out in the Forum and all the hidden things will surface.
