I noticed that the app has different designs according to the device (attached photos), as I do, or do to have to have the radar and satellite view at the same time?

Guess it's a matter of settings, mine looks exactly like the first picture.

Mine looks like first, but I'd rather it look like the second... No options to change it that I know of.

In particular I prefer the gauges on the second.

Maybe it's governed by screen resolution?

Perhaps.. I am on android so maybe there's a difference there.. interesting =)

Yeah top image is android and the bottom ios i personally prefer android!

IOS on ipad version show both radar and map. While on android tablet don't. I asked this on dji forum and the dji guy has sent my suggestion to the development team.
Imo is much important to have both radar and map shown at the same time.

The functionality of the radar is to show you the orientation of the aircraft with point of reference the Radio Control ?

When using my Note 4, Note 10.1 I get the first picture layout.

When using my iPad Mini 2 I get the second picture layout.

Personally prefer the Android setup as less cluttered and probably because used the android version first and got used to the layout.

However since using the ipad mini 2 I have not had a single app bug out like I did with the androids.

Yes, mine is like the second on a ipad 2 with the DJI GO App. Previously with the Dji Pilot App it was like the first picture. Much prefer it as it is now , 2nd pic.
