DJI GO App keeps Crashing!

Trying to create a movie. Whenever it try's to create the movie in my video library it keeps crashing. I have plenty of memory so that's not the issue. Any suggestions please? If I do a "hard reset" on my phone, I'm afraid it will dump two hours worth of work. Help

Re-install the app

Your tablet is not able to handle that large amount of data or app is not installed correctly.

Possibly try to move the video to a pc and edit on the pc vs the app.
the device you are using maybe maxing out its ability when trying to edit videos....

I basically just rebooted it. Turned it off and back on. Upload completed
