Samsung phone has lots of bloatware in the rom and increase the chance of conflict. Try to root it and install clean rom like cm one would help.

Also have Note 4-no root. I use "Package Disable Pro"-app to disable bloat wear in general and temp disable unnecessary apps while flying P3P.

Try another tablet to see if it still happens.

That's odd. I have a Note 3 (not rooted) and it runs the latest version of the Go App just fine. No video lag, either. I have a P3A. Now, I have the Greenify app, which forces some never used apps into permanent hiberation.

I had a Iconia A1 that ran the Go App fine till a firmware upgrade ended that. I now use a Nexus 7 which works flawlessly. No rhyme or reason???

samsung phone pre installed their apps and lots of them are useless and cause problem with other app sometime, so a clean rom / os is better for dji go app.
