Thought I'd do a little verification to make sure all the components were up to latest version.

In the DJI GO app (Menu>About...), I noticed that the Aircraft was 1.7.60, and RC was 1.5.80.
Do the RC and Aircraft need to match?

The launch screen (Aircraft Status) shows "Normal / Good" for all pertinent status'.

Need an assist on this one, thanks.

No. It normally does not match.

You're running the latest versions of both.

You are good to go. In case of any one not the latest, DJI go app will keep reminding you.

Just want to say, now that you've been informed that DO NOT match, that the answer to your question is yes, they SHOULD!

DJI would reduce confusion if they at least synced the major version numbers, or even the major.minor (leaving the 3rd minor # for updates that happen only to the individual components).
