DJI Go 4 software just popped up on my phone

There are no issues with my existing DJ I GO software - why has this suddenly installed on my phone, and do I need to use it (i.e. is it better) or can / should I continue to use existing DJ I go software?

Go, and Go 4 are 2 separate apps.
The Go 4 app is for the Mavic Pro and the P4 Pro

Yes, just recently moved from DJI Go to DJI Go4 on my P4 with no problems so far.

It's about the same from a UI point of view, not sure about under the hood. The next rumored P4 update may add some new P4P stuff and I suspect it will only be available on Go4

I have an iPad and an iPad Mini 4. I didn't set it up this way, but my apps on one iPad will upload to the other one. If I don't like it on one iPad, I will delete it from there.

As for Go 4, it is what DJI wants you to control your P4/P4P/P4P+/Inspire 2.
