DJI Customer service fiasco

i had the misfortune of having to speak to DJI customer services.
All i can say is, they haven't got a clue!
I produced a varification video which is required to take out DJI Care for a drone more than 48 hours old.
According to the DJI website and DJI Care they tell me the drone with my gimbal serial number was registered to a customer in Canada!! I live in the U.K.
Whilst the drone serial number is completely unrecognised!!
So far they have no idea what to do...
 
More like chop shop drone :)

Seriously though, you did activate the craft on your account right? They should be able to check the serial number on record against your dji account details
 
I purchased from Maplin a U.K. Retailer (or shark) of DJI products.
They are trying to rewrite English Consumer Law at the moment.
As for DJI, so far they are proving frighteningly incompetent.
