Dji care warranty help

So one of my Phantoms have been messing up and I have the care plan tied to the serial number but I can still exchange for a new one at best buy and would like to know if I can transfer the care plan to the exchanged one from the old one? If so how would I go about this?
 
It appears the DJI Care Terms of Service states the coverage cannot be transferred (see the "Return and Transfer of DJI Care" section) . You should definitely contact DJI support to confirm though.
 
I transferred my Care Plan. My first Phantom 4 had to be returned and I had DJI Care, you have to email [email protected] and provide serial numbers and proof of the return of your old one, I had to send in my postal tracking number. It took a few emails, as expected, but it was successfully transferred. You can then go to this link DJI_Care Remaining Balance and enter your new Phantoms serial number to ensure the DJI Care has been transferred to it.
